In tonight’s meeting Robert Chaplin will show us photos from his various excursions into cypress domes. Doing so, he’ll explain best practices to photographing them, and how to best experience them yourself, what to bring, what NOT to bring, how to dress, etc.

If you plan on joining us for this field trip on the 23rd, I highly recommend tuning in for this meeting or watching the replay, unless of course, you’re an old pro going into cypress domes. Like anything in the wild, there’s always a risk. Being well informed before going in, you’ll be best prepared to enjoy yourself and really immerse yourself in the beauty of the Everglades.
