We’re going camping - again! Primitive camping, like the pioneers did, except with very sophisticated camera gear, of course!

The main attraction this weekend will be the emerging milky way core! In mid February it rises in the east around 5am-ish. We’ll have a near full moon both nights, but it will set at 4am and 5am respectively. Theoretically, we can shoot a well lit foreground one minute and a few minutes later a well darkened sky and milky way! Theoretically of course. This all depends on the weather, which as we all know, we can’t predict.
