The November field trip is planned for the Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens on Old Cutler Road, for Saturday, Nov. 4th at 7:00am. They hold a bird walk from 7:30a till 9:30a. So we will meet at 7am at the South gate Entrance, which is also the staff parking lot, and go from there.

Members get in free, and the rest of us will have to pay general admission. Non-member adults are $25 and seniors (over 65) are $18.  Tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.

It is recommended that you bring the same prep gear that you would for an Everglades trip. Hat, sunscreen, bug spray, water or a refillable water bottle (they have water stations), and be prepare to walk the gardens.
