Vice President

Kelly Bounchareune was born in Vientiane, Laos.  When she was five years old, her family immigrated to the United States to pursue a better quality of life. She has lived in the Homestead area for over 25 years.  She is a FIU alumnus with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and has been employed for over 6 years at FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. 

She believes that traveling and photography has always gone hand and hand.  For her, the motto is that every adventure, every new place, and every experience deserves to be captured.
