Upcoming Exhibit - Wirtz Gallery Fine Art Exhibit! (September 2023)

We've been invited to exhibit our photos for the month of September (2023) at the Wirtz Gallery inside the First National Bank of South Miami! 
 

RULES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1) Only current SFNPCC members in good standing are allowed to participate in this event.

2) The subject or theme of the images MUST be of nature, and in good taste. 

3) Between now and April 15th I NEED A COMMITTMENT. Only those that are committed to producing a fine art type print need apply. PLEASE RSVP to info@sfnpcc.org to let us know you intend to participate in the show. Only serious participants please! It is imperative that you email us with your intent. As soon as we hit the deadline date with our participants, no other club-wide emails will go out about this event, just to the participants. 

4) All images, once submitted, will be scrutinized for quality and content. The wall space that will determine the number and size of your images will be revealed when we get our final count of participants. You will have until July 15th to submit your digital files for approval. 

5) You will be responsible for all work and costs associated with the image presentation. That includes the taking of the photo(s), and the processing of the photo(s). Once your image(s) is/are approved for display, you will be responsible for the printing, matting, framing (if you choose to frame), and installation of hanging hardware of the photo(s). You will also be responsible for transporting your images (or finding someone to transport) to the Wirtz Gallery on the day of hanging (~September 1st). We will certainly help anyone who is new to these things. Please don't hesitate to ask! We all start somewhere. 

6) SFNPCC is not responsible for any theft or damages.

7) More rules may be added as we learn more details and get closer to the deadlines. Please use the email above to ask any questions you may have about this show.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE

April 15th is the deadline to notify us with your intent - NOT IMAGES. 
July 15th will be the deadline to submit images. We'll determine how many images you can submit after April 15th.
Sept. 1st is the tentative hanging date.
Sept. 30th is the take down date.
