Additional News for July!
Some late breaking news just came across my desk and I wanted to give you advanced notice, and to make sure you all knew about it. The Homestead Center for the Arts (HCA) has announced their upcoming theme and art intake date for the next Capri Restaurant gallery. On August 6th, between 5:30 and 7pm, the HCA will be collecting your artwork for display. The theme is “Seeing the Sky”. Size is restricted to no larger than 36 inches longest side, and your art must be ready to hang. These events are for HCA members only!
Not a yet member of the HCA? No problem! Becoming a member is simple, and just $20 per year. Click the link here for more information and/or to join. Or you can send our newest liaison for the HCA, Hugh Hudson, an email (Hugh Hudson) and he’ll hook you up! (Thank you HUGH!) The SFNPCC has been an affiliate member of the HCA for many years; and many of our members are also individual members of the HCA. We encourage folks to get involved with the HCA if that is of interest to you. There are many “perks” to being a member, such as: Opportunity to display your work in various gallery shows. Listing in HCAs Member directory. Email notices to all events and membership meetings. Participating artists have their own unique page in one of the online galleries. Social Media advertising on HCA’s Facebook and Instagram for your events and activities; and. Feature interview on the HCA YouTube channel.
