HAPPY AUGUST!Hello everyone! Now we’re getting into the dog-days of summer (that’s what they called it up north where I grew up). Here in SoFla, every month of summer feels like the dog-days. haha Hope you’re all getting out and taking some awesome photos! Last month’s PhotoFinish was fun going over all the new updates for Lightroom. Those new remove tools are pretty awesome and can only get better. If you missed it or want to watch again, head over to our Event or our Members Only section for the replay! The July meeting on moonlit landscapes was fun! Lots of folks showed up in person and via zoom and hopefully we all learned something new and can add another genre of photography to our repertoire. If you missed that, head over to our Event or our Members Only section for the replay! Field Trip to Dinner Island Ranch was a blast! While still pretty hot, we had great conditions. Big white puffy clouds with dark backgrounds really made for some dramatic photography. Even if you couldn’t make it, I highly recommend visiting on your own. Its open all the time, all day and all night. FrameIt was a lot of fun too. Lots of great photos submitted! Hope you all can join us for some or all of our August events!
